1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
   A:We are manufacturer as well as trader.
2.Q:Where is your factory located?
   A:Our factory is situated in Guangzhou.
3.Q:Is there a minium order quantity?
   A:Yes,the MOQ is 30000 pieces.
4.Q:How long will it take to receive my products?
   A:As a general rule for available mold products, it takes 3 to 5 weeks for production.
5.Q:We would like to have a look at a sample before we continue with the orders. Can we get a sample from you?
   A:Yes,but if you require a customized sample, you will be charged sample fee and it takes us in general 7 to 15 days to prepare samples.
6.Q:What is your payment term?
   A:30% deposit before production and 70% blance should be paid by T/T before shipment.
